Context & Objective
Purpose
The Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) establishes clear guidelines for team communication to optimize productivity, respect work-life boundaries, and ensure timely response to both routine and urgent matters.
Background
In today's digital workplace, managing communications across multiple channels can be overwhelming and disruptive to focused work. This SOP implements structured communication practices that:
- Promote work-life balance
- Protect deep work time blocks
- Ensure urgent matters receive appropriate attention
- Reduce communication-related stress and interruptions

- Core working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM

- Deep work blocks (no meetings): 8:00-9:00 AM, 12:00-1:00 PM, 4:30-5:30 PM
